Colloquies in Latin means a formal written dialogue, thus in his book Erasmus explores man’s reaction to others in conversations. All of these works were in the same graceful, easy style and gentle humor that made them continually sought as schoolboy exercises and light reading for generations.

I’ve also taken an interest in the Colloquia, and I’ve copied and pasted all of the Stoa’s text into one document file. Of course, their selection of Latin works is small, but the file sizes are much smaller than scanned PDFs, too.
